SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed weekdays before 12pm midday will be dispatched on the same day (or the next business day if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday). 

Zen Warrior Shop offers free standard shipping to addresses within Australia for all orders over $99 AU and free express shipping to addresses within Australia for all orders over $99 AU.

For orders under $99 AUD and for all international shipping, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout and applied to your order total (please see additional information below regarding international shipping).

All orders are sent via Australia Post and where applicable a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. Please see the table below for estimated shipping times and costs.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTIES & TAXES

Please note: In some countries, additional international customs duties and taxes may be charged to the receiver by their local customs agencies.  These charges are not inclusive of our shipping costs and regrettably are not within our control.

Zen Warrior Shop is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges for international orders.

We advise consulting your local customs website for more information regarding the extra applicable costs that you may incur in your country of residence prior to confirming your order so that you are fully informed and aware of any extra charges that you could face.

Please be informed that Australian customs regulations state that we must always declare the full value of your order on the package when shipping internationally.

PO BOXES / PARCEL LOCKERS / ARMED FORCES ADDRESSES

Please note items delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Armed Forces Addresses are sent via standard post as courier/signature on delivery options are not available. These items are sent under the agreement from the purchaser that Zen Warrior Shop cannot be held liable for any damaged or lost items sent via normal post.
