Refund policy

We will gladly accept your item back for a full refund or exchange providing the item meets our return criteria below:

Proof of purchase must be provided in all instances

Item must be in its original condition with tags attached and packaging undamaged

Item shows no signs of wear (no marks or scents from tan, deodorant or other stains and fragrances)​

Item has not been washed or altered in any way

FULL PRICE items must be returned within 14 days of purchase

SALE items are non-refundable but we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit if the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: Apothecary items (candles, waxes, teas, sprays and bath soaks) are non-refundable & non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards

Refunds will be issued via the initial form of payment made and a confirmation email will be sent to once the refund has been processed

Unfortunately, we do not offer international exchanges or refunds
